Description In the modern business environment, many employers require substantial skills in the use of CNC equipment. The attainment of the Certificate in Manufacturing Productivity Systems offers evidence to employers that the individual has reached the basic level of proficiency. It provides students with the opportunity to improve their job skills. Students enrolled in the program will receive training on the latest CNC equipment used in the industry. The courses required for this certificate are all accepted towards an associate degree to improve a student’s employability. The certificate can be used as a building block toward an Associate in Applied Science degree. Individuals who are already employed may find that the certificate increases the opportunity for promotion. The certificate requires a total of 21 credit hours. NOTE: In-district tutition applies to Dearborn School District residents only. Out-of-district tuition for this program is $2,520. Additional fees apply.
